1. Chicken Avocado Salad
Sliced fresh avocados and grilled chicken breast on a bed of lettuce with cheese, onions, tomatoes, and olives.
2. Fiesta Chicken Caesar Salad
Grilled chicken breast atop the classic salad mixed with onions, black beans, corn, tomatoes, and cilantro.
3. Burrito Platter
Soft flour tortilla stuffed with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese and your choice of filling (ground beef, chicken, beans, or vegetables) covered with sauce and melted cheese and served with rice and beans and a side of sour cream.
4. Chimichanga Platter
Burrito deep fried until crispy covered with sauce and melted cheese and served with rice and beans and a side of sour cream.
5. Enchilada Platter
Soft corn tortilla rolled with onions and your choice of filling (ground beef, chicken, beans, or vegetables) covered with sauce and melted cheese and served with rice and beans and a side of sour cream.
6. Fajita Sandwich
Sliced marinated chicken or steak topped with sauteed peppers, onions, sour cream, and melted Jack cheese and accompanied by your choice of fries or rice.
7. Garden Burger
Grilled vegetable patty topped with sauteed peppers, onions, and cheese and accompanied by your choice of fries or rice.
8. Ranchero Flatbread
Strips of breaded chicken, bacon, lettuce, and guacamole piled high on a grilled flatbread and served with rice or fries and a creamy parmesan peppercorn sauce.

Grilled chicken breast atop the classic salad mixed with onions, black beans, corn, tomatoes, and cilantro.
3. Mango Shrimp
Sauteed shrimp and grilled vegetables drizzled with spicy mango sauce and served on a bed of rice.
4. Southwest Alfredo
Penne pasta tossed with creamy Alfredo sauce and grilled chicken breast.
5. Taco Salad
Crispy flour tortilla shell filled with a fresh garden salad and topped with your choice of chicken, ground beef, or beans. Served with a side of pico de gallo.
6. Veggie Chipotle
Two flour tortillas stuffed with sauteed vegetables, smothered in chipotle sauce with Jack cheese melted overtop and rice on the side.
7. Fajitas (Steak, Chicken, or Portabella)
Served sizzling on a bed of onions and peppers with warm flour tortillas and a condiment plate containing cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream (guacamole included upon request).
